For decades, Ledcor has actively engaged with Indigenous communities across Canada, building relationships, establishing long-term beneficial partnerships, and helping our clients meet their commitments to communities. As proud members of associations like the Canadian Council for Aboriginal Business (CCAB). Working with Indigenous businesses wherever possible is a key pillar of our commitment to Indigenous engagement.

Ledcor is committed to measuring, monitoring, and reducing our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions. We are conducting a GHG inventory in 2023, covering Scope 1 and 2 and selective Scope 3 emissions. We are evaluating third-party organizations and frameworks, such as the Science Based Targets initiative, for the disclosure and oversight of our corporate goals and commitments.
Ledcor completed its first corporate GHG inventory in 2009. Since then, we have made numerous changes and investments that have focused on emission reductions.
Ledcor adheres to a strong set of corporate values and guiding principles and has adopted and implemented several corporate responsibility policies and practices.
Confidential reporting methods are also available for employees to report suspected unethical or illegal behavior.
