The 825 Pacific Artist Hub is a seven-storey award-winning, certified Passive House building with a single level of underground parking that provides creative space as a multipurpose arts and cultural hub.

This project was the first of two office towers to be built at River Landing – a new mixed-use development that is revitalizing an under-utilized area along the shores of the South Saskatchewan River.

In 2010, Ledcor developed and completed construction on the Fitzsimmons Creek Hydroelectric project in Whistler, British Columbia, in partnership with Innergex Renewable Energy

This 50-megawatt run-of-river hydroelectric project reduces greenhouse gas emissions equivalent to removing 21,000 cars from the road each year, while producing 265 gigawatt hours of electricity annually—enough to power 24,000 homes each year.

In 2011, Ledcor undertook the entire civil and electrical construction for the 55 wind turbine generators for Suncor Energy’s largest wind power project in Canada.

The Cogen Plant project involves the replacement of three petroleum coke-fired boilers with two highly efficient Mitsubishi 403 MW 501JAC.

The Barrick Solar Farm began commercial operations in 2008. Ledcor’s scope included the foundation excavations, cable installation, and solar panel mounting.

Reaching new heights both vertically and sustainably, The Stack transforms the Vancouver skyline. Rising to a height of 49 sq. m. (530 sq. ft.), it is the tallest building in Vancouver and offer 36 levels of premium AAA-class office space with restaurants and retail space at ground level and four levels of below-grade parking.

The 5-storey, 51,100 sq. m. (550,000 sf) building contains three basement levels, a major level 2 vivarium, level 2 and 3 laboratories, offices, support spaces, two 350-seat lecture theaters, classrooms, administration offices, and a cafeteria.

Third Space Commons is a near-zero carbon single-family residential building constructed through a collaboration between the University of British Columbia’s (UBC) student-led Third Quadrant Design, Ledcor, and several of our industry partners.

This project won the 2014 World Architecture New, Most Sustainable Building of the Year and the 2012 VRCA Gold Award of Excellence for Sustainable Construction.

The project consists of more than 42 buildings totalling over 3.9 million sq. m. (42 million sq. ft.) combining low and high density residential, retail and office space all situated within a green urban environment.

This 6-storey, 23,225 sq. m. (250,000 sf), complex learning and research facility includes classrooms, lecture halls, informal learning spaces, a multimedia recording room, an exhibition area, research spaces, and two, 6-storey atriums..
