VANCOUVER, BC, November 25, 2021 – The Ledcor Group of Companies is proud to be named one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures for 2021 by Waterstone Human Capital. Having received this designation in 2011, 2014 and 2017, Ledcor will be inducted into the Hall of Fame as a four-time award recipient. This national program annually recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having cultures that have helped them enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage in their industry. Winning organizations are selected by a panel of previous award recipients based on six measurement criteria, including vision and leadership; recruitment and hiring for fit; cultural alignment and measurement; retention, rewards, and recognition; organizational performance; and corporate social responsibility.

“At Waterstone we believe corporate culture drives performance and that it’s your organization’s greatest asset,” says Marty Parker, President and Chief Executive Officer of Waterstone Human Capital and Chair of the Canada’s Most Admired program. “Each of the 2021 award recipients puts culture at the centre of everything they do and demonstrates a commitment to culture as a competitive advantage. They set an excellent example of how crafting and sustaining a high-performance culture can drive incredible growth and performance.”

The Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures Hall of Fame is a notable designation as it is given only to those who have won the award four times. In 18 years of the program, only 10 organizations have been inducted into the Hall of Fame. The Ledcor Group of Companies will be a Hall of Fame member for life. Inductees will be acknowledged at the awards celebration in March 2022.

“We are extremely proud that our employees at Ledcor are being recognized for the fourth time as one of Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures,” said Tom Lassu, President, Ledcor Group. “At Ledcor our mantra is that every employee can be a leader and it takes leadership and commitment to enter a culture Hall of Fame with such an esteemed group of peers. I’d like to congratulate every member of the Ledcor team for contributing to our inclusiveness, uncompromised commitment to safety, and shared desire to be part of something exceptional. Thank you for making Ledcor an environment where everyone feels respected, safe and productive
