The Grand

The Grand is part of the Hercules Bayfront Masterplan community. Its design was inspired by the traditional Victorian architecture found in the San Francisco Bay area and matched it with turn of the century Gold Rush style. This residential community includes 232 studio, one and two-bedroom units, complimented by two outdoor terraces, a state of the art fitness center, a bike shop, and a resident lounge and sporting club. As a part of the Hercules Bayfront Community Master Plan, The Grand residents enjoy a neighborhood Village Green, plazas, paseos and various parks, and direct access to the multi-use Bay Trail.
