Scope includes the site laydowns, roads, and ponds for the new BHP Jansen Potash mine. As well as installing all underground utilities such as natural gas, raw water, firewater and stormwater systems. The project underwent a significant change management program with extra work and changes to the base scope.
BHP/HBJV have moved to a completely digital system on the project, which has proved challenging. Through much training and daily usage, Ledcor overcame our initial learning curve and became familiar with the systems.
