The Ledcor-Haisla Limited Partnership (LHLP) upgraded the 12.5 km Bish Forest Service Road. We provided support for the deep soil mixing to stabilize the ground at the plant site, miscellaneous site services, permit application, and design of the uplands soil storage sites. The road was widened 10 m to provide access to the plant site, which included the removal of approximately 500,000 m3 of unsuitable materials from the site. The next phase involved the provision of labour and equipment to support deep soil mixing activities and constructing and removing temporary roads, laydown areas, and client equipment servicing.
