Engineering, brushing, drilling, trenching and installation of multiple service boxes.
  1. Willow Creek Mine

Ledcor completed a 12.7km civil build along an abandoned E&N Island Corridor railway in British Columbia. The route connected the previous Cameron Lake build to Port Alberni and took approximately 3 months to complete.  It involved engineering, brushing, drilling, trenching and installation of multiple service boxes along the route which involved multiple bridge/water crossings.  Given one of the bridges could not be crossed, with the heavy material and equipment required to perform the work, Ledcor engaged an airlift to carry all of the material and equipment required to the other side of the bridge to complete the installation.  This was a great success and enabled the team to complete the work safely and on time in 2020.
