Sitting at the corner of Broadway and Granville - one of Vancouver’s busiest intersections – this 40-storey mixed-use tower will contain 226 purpose-built rental homes, including 44 permanent below-market, along with indoor and outdoor amenity spaces. It will also feature five levels of office space, one level of retail and restaurant space, a 22,000 square foot City Market on the second floor, and underground parking. The tower – the first and tallest under the new Broadway Plan – will fully integrate with the underground SkyTrain station currently under construction. This has required careful coordination between provincial entities, TransLink, and the station contractor. The project is targeting LEED Gold certification.
