The Pacific is a unique 39-storey tower with 224 suites, common areas, and eight levels of below-grade parking. The exterior façade consists of brushed stainless steel, white porcelain stone and a mosaic tile material on the ground level that incorporates public artwork. The project also included the restoration and relocation of an iconic heritage house that now sits adjacent to the tower. Our team worked through several logistical challenges including a tight in-fill site in the downtown core of Vancouver adjacent to busy streets and bike lanes.
