    Phase 3 of Simon Fraser University’s student housing expansion consists of an eight-storey building that will add 445 new beds for upper-year students, along with study areas and shared amenity spaces.

    With its hybrid mass timber structure, the project is targeting LEED Gold and BC Energy Step Code 4 to help advance SFU’s long-term vision for a more sustainable campus.
