Ledcor Construction Limited completed this luxury condominium building nestled on Lakeshore Road, right across from Okanagan Lake in Kelowna, BC in May 2023. The concrete and steel-frame structure features eight 3-bedroom penthouse-inspired suites, each boasting over 180 m2 (2,000 ft2) of open-concept living space complete with a gas fireplace, high-end finishes, generously sized windows, and an expansive balcony with lake views. Each unit also has its own private, heated, and EV-equipped double garage and direct elevator access. Amenities include a 20 m (60 ft) pool with lounging deck and a gym house. Sustainability was a priority at this development with provisions made for a future photovoltaic solar installation on the roof.
