    This high-performance, multi-use facility will be flexible, functional, accessible and adaptable to new future programs. In addition to the 365-seat theatre with retractable seating and a balcony/mezzanine, the building will have dedicated studio spaces, dressing rooms, a cafe and preparation area, bar, front-of-house box office, universal washrooms, maintenance rooms, storage, and production offices. 

    Under a Progressive Design-Build model, Ledcor collaborated with multiple user groups during design development to identify the must-have Owner requirements and provide cost-saving strategies, resulting in a design that met the client’s scope, quality, budget, and schedule goals.
