    This mixed-use rental building includes 88 residential suites across four wood-framed storeys. The units range from 500 to 900 square feet and offer a mix of one- and two-bedroom layouts, each designed with modern interiors, flexible living spaces, and private balconies.

    The residential levels sit above a cast-in-place concrete ground floor with retail space and one level of heated underground parking. Exterior work includes asphalt parking areas, hardscaping, and landscaping.

    This marks the fifth project that we've completed for client Brookfield in Calgary since 2021 and the third project in the Seton community.
