    This six-storey, wood-framed aging in place residence provides 133 new, affordable homes and amenities for the 55+ community. The building features 1- and 2-bedroom suites – 43 of which are for assisted living – on top of a single-storey cast-in-place concrete parkade. New amenities for the residents include a 100-seat chapel, lounge, post office, multi-purpose and meeting rooms, and a hair salon. It is connected to the existing Columbian Manor senior’s home, also operated by KC Charities. 

    Ledcor Construction Limited completed this 16,000 m2 (174,000 ft2) project in December 2024.
