Atelier is a 13-story landmark residential tower with 84 two bedroom, two bathroom rental suites. The building includes commercial space on the ground floor, residents’ lounge, fitness center, dog wash, outdoor patio, and an underground parkade as well as outdoor parking stalls. The design includes multiple structural systems, exterior glass walls envelope and luxury finishes. The project is targeting LEED certification.
