MacEwan University’s newest building, home of the Triffo School of Business, is a seven-storey facility designed around connection, from the way students and faculty move through the space to the systems that support its long-term performance. The building is centred around a multi-level atrium with a prominent staircase, creating a natural gathering point alongside dedicated areas for learning, collaborating, and socializing.
Targeting LEED Gold certification, the building incorporates high-efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, solar photovoltaic panels to convert thermal energy into electricity, and a high-performance exterior with vertical solar shading fins for temperature regulation.
