The Globe Theatre in downtown Regina is currently undergoing an extensive redevelopment. The 57-year-old theater (located within a 108 year old building) is receiving new mechanical, electrical, structural upgrades, restoration of the exterior, and new interior finishes.

Audiences can expect interior upgrades including bigger aisles, seats, and cupholders, along with major stage renovations including a new catwalk built above the main stage and a trap door beneath it. The redevelopment is expected to be ready for its first round of new shows beginning winter 2024.
