Refinery Optimization Center

Ledcor’s work continues with Chevron’s new blast-resistant Refinery Optimization Center (The ROC) in El Segundo, California. Started in the summer of 2011, this 3,700 m2 (40,000 ft2) building is a major expansion within the Chevron refinery which is located next to the main administration building. 

This facility will allow Chevron to consolidate four other small control buildings into one location which will allow them to control the entire refinery from this central location. This state of the art blast-resistant design is a new technology for Chevron. 

Since 2004, Ledcor has worked together with Chevron on over 80 light industrial construction projects across North America.
