Katherine Coutinho And Ben Martin Promoted To Senior Vice President

Ledcor is pleased to share the promotion of two members of its senior leadership team, recognizing their outstanding contributions to Ledcor’s continued growth.

Katherine Coutinho has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Corporate Communications & Public Affairs. In this role, Katherine will continue to provide strategic leadership across all enterprise-wide communication initiatives and external affairs. 

Katherine Joined Ledcor in 2018 as Director, External Communicatons and advanced through key leadership roles, transforming Ledcor’s corporate communications function and strengthening the brand among internal and external stakeholders.

Ben Martin has also recently been promoted to Senior Vice President, Finance & Risk Management. In this role, Ben will continue to serve as a key member of Ledcor’s finance executive leadership team and lead strategic risk management.

Ben joined Ledcor in 2005 as Financial Controller and has advanced into roles with increasing scope, playing a key role in the development of alternative risk management strategies for the Group, and guiding decision making to ensure effective allocation of capital across Ledcor’s operating groups.

As Katherine and Ben step into their new roles, we’re excited to see how their expertise and proven leadership will continue to drive impact at Ledcor.
