Stollery Children’s Hospital Names New Family-First Waiting Room in Recognition of Ledcor’s $1 Million Giving Milestone

For more than 20 years, Ledcor has proudly supported the Stollery Children's Hospital and its mission to deliver exceptional care to children and families across Alberta. Today, we are honored to celebrate a significant milestone: $1 million in contributions to help advance pediatric health care through the Stollery Children's Hospital Foundation.

This achievement reflects decades of generosity from Ledcor, our employees, and our ongoing commitment to building stronger, healthier communities. Together, these contributions have helped fund life-changing medical equipment, groundbreaking research, and impactful Child Life programming at the Hospital. 

In recognition of Ledcor’s partnership, the Pediatric Surgery Clinic’s new family-first waiting room will be named the Ledcor Waiting Room, a welcoming space designed to provide comfort and support for families from the moment they arrive.

The Pediatric Surgery Clinic will deliver both in-person and virtual care for children with complex medical needs, while also supporting families and health-care professionals from communities across Alberta, helping to expand access to care.
