Ledcor is proud to support MacEwan University’s newest building, home of the Triffo School of Business, with a $250,000 contribution to the MacEwan Means Business campaign, investing in education, future talent, and the growth of Edmonton’s downtown core.
This funding will support the development of a new 35,000 square-metre facility. Opening in 2027, the facility will feature new classrooms, collaborative spaces, and study areas designed to help students learn, innovate, and develop. The new building will provide space for 7,500 additional students, part of MacEwan’s strategic priority of supporting economic activity and community growth.
“This contribution is about supporting education and the development of future talent while strengthening the community where we live and work,” said Mike Roper, Vice President, National Accounts & Major Projects. “We’ve been fortunate to work with many MacEwan graduates over the years, and we continue to be impressed by their skills, perspective, and commitment to the community.”
"Ledcor's generosity reflects a shared belief in the power of education to strengthen our communities and prepare tomorrow's business leaders. We are proud to partner with an organization that is investing in our students while also helping bring our vision for this new building to life."
- Dr. Annette Trimbee, President and Vice-Chancellor.
“Supporting our communities is a core value at Ledcor. Our contribution to the MacEwan Means Business campaign builds on our strong Edmonton roots and continues our legacy of investing in future generations and helping build stronger communities.”
