Ledcor Cares volunteering at the Greater Vancouver Food Bank

At Ledcor, giving back isn’t just something we do, it’s part of who we are. In 2025, our teams across North America came together for a record-breaking year of community support and generosity. From our Employee Giving Campaign—which raised $5 million—to regional sponsorships, fundraisers, and corporate donations, our people made an impact in the communities where we live and work.

Read on to learn more about how our team made a difference in 2025.

Doubling the Impact through our Employee Giving Campaign

Every October, Ledcor employees come together to support the causes they care about most, and Ledcor proudly matches every donation, dollar for dollar. This year, thanks to the generosity of our teams across offices and project sites, $2.5 million was raised and matched for a total of $5 million. These funds will support a variety of charities across North America focusing on child and family health & well-being initiatives.

Supporting Mental Health

This Mental Health Awareness Month, Ledcor employees joined the Kids Help Phone Walk so Kids Can Talk to increase youth access to mental health resources across Canada.

Participating in walks across Vancouver, Edmonton, Calgary, Saskatoon, Winnipeg, Ottawa, and Mississauga, Ledcor employees raised $62,905, bringing the cumulative fundraising total to more than $2 million since 2009.

Across Canada and the US, Ledcor employees also took on the 100 Mile Challenge to raise funds for Stop Soldier Suicide – an organization that provides free, confidential, and personalized mental health and wellness care to veterans and service members.

Together, our employees walked more than 3,000 miles across Canada and the U.S., raising over $35,000—including Ledcor’s match—to support up to 1,100 veterans and service members in need.

Caring for Children and Families

Across North America, our teams made a meaningful impact on the lives of children and their families.

In Alberta, Team members from our Construction group took part in Make-A-Wish Canada's third annual Grand Slam Slo-Pitch tournament, raising more than $170,000 to help create life-changing wishes for children with critical illness. Ledcor was also proud to return as the Presenting Sponsor of Ronald McDonald House's Annual Edmonton Charity Golf Classic Tournament, raising $125,000.

In Ontario, our team built inclusive playgrounds in Etobicoke, London, and Ottawa with Million Dollar Smiles, a non-profit organization that supports families and children living with life-threatening illnesses or special needs.

And in Maui, the third annual Makana no nā Keiki raised $82,400 for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Maui, Friends of the Children’s Justice Center of Maui and Maui Youth & Family Services. Ledcor Maui has helped raise more than $280,000 for these organizations over the last three years.

This is just a snapshot of the organizations we’ve supported this year. Over the past decade, together with our employees, we have invested more than $22 million in over 300 charities across North America. As we look ahead to 2026, we’re excited to continue building stronger communities together.
