No part of a tree procured by Ledcor is left to waste. This means even twigs and bark are ground or chipped into biomass products, such as wood chips and biofuel/hog fuel.
We use company-owned harvesting, grinding and chipping machinery, along with trucks and barges to process and transport our biomass products to the end-users.
Work with local logging contractors to debark low-value SPF (spruce, pine and fir) logs.

Transport chips by truck and barge to clients like Howe Sound Pulp and Paper, where they are processed into kraft pulp.

Work with local logging contractors to arrange roadside grinding of residuals (broken stems, waste branches, etc.).
