This secluded property hidden on the western hillside of the Napa Valley was originally designed as a winery and barrel storage facility.
Leaving the exterior of the property largely intact, Jackson Family Wines engaged Ledcor, Napa to completely convert the property into an impressive showcase for one of their premier wine brands. Incorporating fixtures and furnishings imported from Italy, the bespoke interior appointments throughout this property make Lokoya one of Jackson Family Wines’ most exclusive locations.
The work included modernizing and relocating the the two-floor, gravity-fed wine production system to the lower level and converting the upper floor and balcony area into a luxuriously appointed hospitality level with reception area, wine tasting stations and dining area.
Of particular note are the steel and glass wine library cases designed and produced in Italy, the extraordinary work of the lighting designer and the ten inch wood plank flooring.
