After completing the Crossroads' base, building, and interconnecting the staircase between floors five to seven, Ledcor was contracted by the City of Vancouver to complete this 88,000 ft² ( 8,175 m²) tenant improvement for the City’s Engineering Department.

This $3 million project included spray insulation to the underside of the ceiling on all floors, framing of all offices, flooring, a sound masking system, security, power and data, and modifying the existing and new lighting. Additionally, Ledcor coordinated the phased occupancy for all three floors, as well as all furniture installation.
