This new 3105 m² (33,429 ft²) building contains a 550-seat auction theater and a 300-seat Virtual Ramp Theater. The project also included constructing a new equipment check-in building to house administrative offices, restrooms and shower areas, and parking space.

As public auctions continued throughout construction, Ledcor scheduled work around sales days and worked to minimize disruptions to the client’s operations. As a result of this project's success, the client awarded two more projects to Ledcor: one in Houston, Texas and the other in Phoenix, Arizona.
