This office and training facility is located in the heart of the Chevron El Segundo Refinery, requiring special care to adhere to the refinery’s strict safety culture. In fact, our safety excellence on the project earned us Chevron’s Gold Star Award two years in a row, the highest safety award a contractor can achieve.

The facility includes a structural steel two-story office building with an attached pre-engineered one-story full-service cafeteria and kitchen, for a total building area of about 7,600 square meters (81,800 square feet).
