This Acura dealership was a fast-track design-build project, with just 14 months from first design meeting to substantial performance.

Working closely with the local owner’s representative and Omniplan Automotive Retail Facility Planners, we had to navigate several challenges including phased permitting, a high water table, and difficult winter conditions.
 
Referencing his experience in the construction of over 30 dealerships, the local owner’s representative commented that this was the smoothest project he had ever collaborated on.
 
The dealership consists of over 1,100 m² (12,600 ft²) of steel-frame showroom and offices, and an additional 800 m² (8,500 ft²) of pre-engineered shop area.
