Ledcor completed work on a 55,000 ft² warehouse and 1,500 ft² of office space for Rosenau Transport Ltd. Ledcor has been building similar warehouses for Rosenau since 2005, in cities such as Fort St. John, Dawson Creek, Grande Prairie and Red Deer. The new facility at Westview Industrial Park has been designed and constructed to allow for future expansion opportunities of up to three times the current size.
