Fairbanks Ranch Fire Station is a two-story, public-private-partnership project. The first floor of this 1000 m² (11,000 ft²) building houses a 2-bay double stacked drive-thru apparatus room, a workshop, laundry facility, a clean room, and captain’s office. The second floor contains living quarters for the firefighters with six dormitories, a day room, a kitchen/dining area, study, and fitness center.
