Ledcor completed several renovation projects to existing Red Lobster Restaurants.

In 2011, Red Lobster launched a new restaurant design, inspired by the New England coast. Each restaurant remodel encompassed a tight schedule of 49 consecutive days. To maintain daily operations, the restaurants had to be clean and ready for customers every morning, and all work was completed at night.
