Ledcor served as a contractor in the redevelopment of a large portion of the Pacific Centre Mall, making way for a new Nordstrom location in the heart of downtown Vancouver.

This project, which achieved LEED Gold under the LEED Core and Shell program, is a complete envelope replacement and seismic upgrade of an aging building, constructed while the mall and office tower continued operating normally.  The 51,000 m² (550,000 ft²) building includes 25,500 m² (275,000 ft²) of retail space.

Nordstrom occupies the majority of the space, spread over three floors. In the upper four floors, the building adds over 27,500 m² (300,000 ft²) of new office space and mall entrances, as well as two landscaped atria.
