The $230 million expansion and renovation of Oshawa Centre in southern Ontario is the sixth and most extensive project that Ledcor has completed at the center over the last decade. The 388,000 f² expansion included underground parking, new retail space, and a new 1000-seat food court, all of which now provide the mall with over 1.25 million f² of leasable space.  The 195,000 f² of renovations revitalized existing common areas and included interior upgrades to mall corridors, new decorative entrances, and sprinkler upgrades to the executive tower.

The sustainable building design includes a 153 metre living wall and two new electric charging stations. The center is reducing its water and waste consumption through an improved recycling program and high-efficiency washroom fixtures. A new solar-reflective roofing membrane reduces air pollution and greenhouse gas emissions. The project has achieved LEED Core and Shell certification.
