Construction on the newest addition to the Metrotower Office Complex in the city of Burnaby’s central commercial district completed in April 2014.

Metrotower III is a 29-story “AAA” Class office building that is pre-certified by the U.S. Green Building Council as LEED for core and shell development. The 29-story building includes a five-story underground parkade, over 37,000 m² (400,000 ft²) of office space and features an iconic curved glass structure.

The building also includes an ‘end of trip’ facility, with a large bike storage area and shower amenities. The exterior landscaping is highlighted by three pools interconnected by two cascading waterfalls.
