In a competitive labour market, Ledcor was able to attract the talent it needed to complete a 362,000 ft² renovation of Kingsway Mall.

Under a tight timeline, with 100 workers on-site for early morning and evening shifts, the project was completed on-time, with minimal disturbances to businesses. The project included renovations to all common mall areas, new floor and ceiling finishes, six new escalators, a new elevator, reconfigured food court, modernized exterior, and grading and landscape improvements.
