With 127 self-contained suites, this hotel offers guests home-style comforts with modern conveniences. Designed for medium-length stays, each suite includes a unique working wall, which provides kitchen essentials and a portable desk, in addition to a standard queen-size bed and sofa.

The building was constructed with load-bearing structural steel studs and exterior finishes of hardie board and metal panels. Amenities include a chlorine-free saline swimming pool, a full fitness centre complete with guest laundry facilities, and a free breakfast convenience bar. Guests also enjoy the convenience of the in-house Home2Mkt where they can purchase food, drinks and other essential items without leaving the comfort of the hotel.

This project was completed on an aggressive 13-month schedule, with a delayed start due to inclement weather. Ledcor worked hard to make up the lost time and worked with the client during the final stages to allow them early access to the building so they could complete the hotel's pre-opening scope of work for the grand opening.
