Crossroads is a LEED^® Gold mixed-use building located at one of Vancouver’s busiest intersections. Built for PCI Group, the project included the construction of a seven-level office tower, a six-level residential tower, 10,700 m² (115,000 ft²) of retail/commercial space, eight distinct town houses, and a 18,500 m² (200,000 ft²) underground parking facility.

During construction, Ledcor had to contend with zoning issues, imposed by the size of the development, and unforeseen ground conditions. Though many challenges and set-backs impacted construction, Ledcor was able to mitigate these issues and complete the project ahead of schedule.
