Working with a valued long-term client, Ledcor completed our first ever project in Pennsylvania.

The Costco warehouse and gas station is located in the Borough of Pottstown. Because the site is largely founded on solid rock, blasting was required for the installation of footings and utilities. This work was safely performed less than a mile from Limerick Nuclear Generating Station.

Despite facing difficult conditions that included torrential rain, high winds, and sub-zero temperatures, the project team completed the build on schedule.
