Ledcor Industrial Maintenance is a multi-disciplined company serving the maintenance requirements of our partners. Utilizing our own direct hire workforce as well as outsourced contractors, we are able to undertake most maintenance activities, including:

- From low-skill services such as janitorial and labor to highly technical trades such as radiography and vibration analysis, Ledcor currently can access over hundreds of varied services.
Maintenance services are always tailored to meet a client's specific requirements, from specific services, to complete systems to track and schedule a client's maintenance service. Specific services include:
- Comprehensive multi-plant or system-wide maintenance
- Planning and scheduling
- Small projects
- System and plant upgrades
- Shutdowns
- Communication tower inspection and maintenance
- Our subcontractors are strategically located in close proximity to client's work locations to complete maintenance tasks without sacrifice to safety or quality. Based on cost, location, availability and certification requirements, we will dispatch "the best" subcontractor to serve the client's needs.
Resource Management Group
Original contract has grown significantly over time and currently includes 38,000km (24,000mi) of pipeline, 108 gas compressor stations, 1,500 metering stations and dozens of offices/roads and leases pertaining to these facilities. Also service TransCanada's power generating stations and a nationwide network of over 2,000 contractors on time, cost-effectively and without sacrifice to safety.
