Pipe Fabrication Facility

Situated on over 60 acres in Nisku, Alberta our facility is focused on key client service. With a capacity up to 60,000 diameter inches a month, our 40,000 square foot Fabrication Facility contains: 

• 14 overhead cranes
• state of the art computerized pipe cutting / end-preparation machine
• preparation of in-house pipe spool drawings using computer based CAD
• X-ray bunker
• sandblast bay
• paint shop

Module Yard

The Ledcor Module Assembly Facility is located directly adjacent to the Pipe Fabrication Facility and consists of: 

• 40 acres of all weather, level, drained and graveled area to assemble modules
• a rail spur line to handle material arrival and/or fabrication/module shipment by rail car
• a location, relative to the Pipe Fabrication Facility, that enables minimal handling of spools between spool fabrication and assembly on the module and optimization of spool sizes.
• Capacity to simultaneously assemble up to 100 modules
