Ledcor Construction has been part of the Seattle market for the past 18 years as a general contractor. Our longevity and depth of experience in Seattle is due to our relationship building with our owners, consultants and subcontractors. Our projects have included virtually all types of commercial and multi-family residential construction. Over the last 11 years the Seattle office has been responsible for our national account with Costco Warehouse stores.

Today, our office is committed to commercial construction particularly office, retail and industrial. Our ideal relationship with a client involves a project from the beginning with a preconstruction effort. Partnering with the consultants and development team, we build a solid budget, as a foundation and part of the evolution toward a negotiated contract. We also have several national and local retail, office and industrial clients and developers that put us on their bid lists with a few other qualified general contractors. Our relationship with Costco has been a model for us to repeat with a few other national accounts that we will continue to grow.

John Thistlewood is our Regional Vice President and oversees the Seattle office. We have a very experienced staff of 21 professionals that have been in the construction industry for between 5 and 25 years. Our ability to draw on our 9 offices across the US and in Hawaii gives Ledcor Construction a base of knowledge and flexibility in the market that rivals any construction firm in the country.
