In Napa, we are mainly focused on hospitality, light industrial and light commercial markets. Our branch volume is between 30m-50m with the average project size between 5m and 15m. The Napa office specializes in detailed pre-construction service at the inception of the design phase with an emphasis on cost forecasting, constructability, entitlements, and scheduling. Virtually all of our projects are negotiated working with repeat clients, architects, and engineers.
