Ledcor’s philosophy believes in integrating into the communities in which we enter. Whether it is a devastating hurricane or a raging wildfire, Ledcor people have stepped in to lend a hand, offering assistance where it is needed. In our day to day operations, open houses, collaboration with special interest groups, website announcements and neighborhood circulars are just some of the methods used to effectively get the word out on specific project information that may affect our neighbors.

Our policy is to hire qualified local workers and trade contractors and our Community Alliances program establishes, maintains and expands relationships at the local level. Ledcor believes in providing local opportunities through employment and supplier contracts, training and mentoring.
